Descriptions of these insurances and options

The CoolDrive Covid Warranty

Full refund on the departure date if:

1/ Border closures of the departure country or the destination country due to a government restriction for declared global pandemic (such as Covid 2019).

2/ Cancellation of flights due to border closures of the two concerned countries (following point 1).

Please note that compliance with travel and entry conditions in destination countries is the sole responsibility of travelers and is not covered by this warranty.

It doesn't work in case of:

1/ lack of a complete or compliant vaccination scheme according to the rules set by the States,

2/ positive test resulting in inability to travel,

3/ flight cancellation for reasons other than flight prohibitions decreed by the concerned States,

4/ movement restrictions decreed once on site (curfew).

This warranty must be subscribed only at the time of booking.
